Trick Hosting uses Plain FTP and FTPES - Explicate TLS / SSL for FTP connections. Below are how tp use our file transfer service

• For Std FTP connections you may use ftp.yourdomainname.com or ftp.trickhosting.biz
• For FTPES and SSL connections you may use web1.trickhosting.biz as this has a valid SSL certificate. 
• If your account has shell access you may use SSH to transfer your files.
